1. Introduction

Welcome to p88my. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and p88my ("we", "us", "our", "p88my", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the p88my website, mobile interface, games, wagering products and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing any wager on p88my, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To create and maintain an Account with p88my, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee of p88my or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where a conflict of interest may arise.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, excluded by p88my, or listed on any applicable responsible-gambling exclusion register.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on p88my. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names or via shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any associated Balance or Bonus Funds.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and preferred currency (MYR for Malaysian accounts). You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. p88my will never ask for your password or one-time PIN through any support channel. You should:

• Use a unique, strong password not reused on other platforms.
• Avoid saving credentials on shared or publicly accessible devices.
• Log out after each session on any device you do not personally control.
• Contact p88my support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

p88my accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p88my currently facilitates MYR deposits and withdrawals through a range of methods familiar to Malaysian users, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Available methods and minimum transaction thresholds may change without prior notice. Users should verify current options on the payment page before proceeding.

5.2 Ownership Requirement

All payment instruments used to deposit funds must be registered in the User's own legal name. p88my applies KYC checks and may request supporting documentation to verify ownership. Funds received from third-party instruments will be returned and the relevant Account flagged for review.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. p88my processes withdrawal requests within the stated review periods, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the provider's processing times.

5.4 Currency

All Transactions on Malaysian accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). p88my is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product category available on p88my — including sports betting, live football markets, live casino tables, slot-style games, lottery-style formats and arcade products — operates under specific rules that are accessible within the relevant product section. Those product-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read alongside them.

6.1 Sports Betting

Markets covered include Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), international football fixtures, UFC events and other scheduled competitions. Odds are subject to change and are final at the time a wager is confirmed. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant organising body. In the event of a dispute, p88my's settlement decision is final.

6.2 Live Casino

Live table games operate under published house rules. RTP figures are indicative and represent theoretical long-run averages; individual session outcomes are independent and cannot be predicted by prior results.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection during an active wager or game round, p88my will use its best efforts to complete the action in accordance with its disconnection policy. The Platform accepts no responsibility for losses attributable to connectivity issues outside its direct control.

7. Promotions & Bonuses

Promotional offers published on the p88my platform are subject to individual terms that specify eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal caps arising from Bonus Funds. These individual terms take precedence where any inconsistency exists with the general provisions of this document.

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full. p88my reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms or void associated winnings where evidence of misuse, abuse or exploitation of a technical error is established.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal referral:

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identification information during registration or KYC.
• Creating more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Service in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, configuration mistakes or undisclosed game vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, agents or third parties to distort game or market outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person, or layering transactions for any unlawful purpose.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including matched betting through accounts created for that specific purpose.
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on p88my, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, interface designs and data compilations, is either owned by or licensed to p88my. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of p88my.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit screen-scraping, deep linking, framing or the use of data mining technologies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p88my, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits p88my's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by its own negligence. The Platform does not represent that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.

11. Responsible Gambling

p88my is committed to providing gambling entertainment responsibly. The Service is available exclusively to players who are aged 21 years or above and who engage with it for recreational purposes only. Gambling should never be considered a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

p88my offers the following responsible gambling tools, which may be requested through the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on how much real money may be deposited into an Account.
• Loss limits: Thresholds that, once reached, prevent further wagering activity for the defined period.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

p88my may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or unverifiable identification information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, collusion or other unlawful activity.
• A request by a competent authority, regulator or court order.
• Where p88my reasonably believes continued access poses a risk to the User's wellbeing under its responsible gambling obligations.

On termination for cause, p88my reserves the right to withhold Balance pending investigation. Undisputed real-money balances (net of Bonus Funds not subject to active review) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting p88my support. Voluntary closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant authority. p88my does not waive its right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14. Amendments

p88my reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, p88my will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address recorded on their Account no fewer than seven calendar days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Service and may request Account closure.
